Overtures, turn the lights.
This is it, the night of nights. No more rehearsing and nursing the part, we know every part by heart.
Daffy and Bugs – doin’ their Astaire & Kelly routines…

The Bluejays’ first and only full-scale dress rehearsal for their season opener had more downs than ups. Creighton prevailed 78-65 before an announced 15,048 at Qwest Center Omaha but the Bluejays didn’t put away the Division II opponent easily.
“We had an opportunity, up 15 with about four minutes to go in the first half, to pull away and really get the crowd into it,” Creighton coach Dana Altman said. “But we took some really bad shots and had some really bad turnovers.
“We need to address that. Hopefully our guys will learn from this.”
Some good points, some not so good…as said above – a learning tool.
And so it begins…
Up 1st – the Lobos of New Mexico. They are also an up and coming young team. Should be a great test for the Jays to begin the new season. Go Big Blue.
