Denzel’s a Jay!

 

2018 Regular transfer (sit1/play2) Denzel Mahoney, SF, of SE Mizzou’s a Jay.  Committed today via twitter.

Mahoney is the past 2016-17 OVC FoY and 2017-18 OVC Poy.  6-5/215 SF from Florida averaging 19.3 points per game.   He had a high usage rate but was productive and efficient. 54.2% eFG%,  61.1% true shooting % (factors in his trips to the FT line where he shot 206 FTs at 82.5%).  Denzel shot over 40% from the 3.

Marcus Foster lead our team last year with 88 FTA.
