Appears to be great return on investment (ROI), and no off gassing… 😉 . A very good deal and great value property for the Hilltoppers! The land was donated, the building paid by donors and largely outfitted by donors, as well as using existing new and near-new equipment. Estimated building costs at $13-15 Million (USD), but value should work out to about $20+ Million when all is said & done. Great! (And great for recruiting…).
