Jays have six new frosh (1 RS), 2 new transfers in (both Seniors), and 2 Med RS frosh coming off ACL’s. Of course it will take time for this group to mesh-to gel. Of course it is going to be a learning curve for all of these men to become familiar, let along comfortable, with a new system. Of course there is going to be a roller-coaster effect to begin the season-hopefully a short ride.
What’s it gonna be…
- Our new guys are:
- a) talented frosh who are smart and have played hoops at a high level.
- b) Transfers with significant experience and winning ways at previous programs.
- c) Individuals who have high BBIQs, are savvy players, and will pick up the system quickly, with minimal downsides.

Patience folks…
It’s the first week of the season…with 1 game under our belts. I implore you to bring a bit of patience to the party. There is plenty of time later on for critiquing the team, the system, and the teams execution of gameplans, etc. Wow!
