2026 California C/F Trevon Carter-Givens, a Top 150 4–star recruit (Rivals-#126 3-star, ESPN-?, grade 81/4-star, 247-#106, PrepRanks-#72) has decommitted from NC State to Creighton. Coach Alan Huss had offered TCG while coaching at High Point U, reoffered him upon coach’s return to the Hilltop. Carter-Givens signed with North Carolina State last fall, but with the departure of Will Wade from the school, Carter-Givens reopened his recruitment. Persistence pays off for the Jays.

TCG has all the tools: Size, intelligence, basketball savvy, length, wingspan, & talent. He’s a very smart, grounded, and well spoken young man. Army brat!

He will add the requisite weight, 20-30 lbs – He’s currently around 200 or so pounds. I look for him to develop rapidly and be a consistent rotation player as a sophomore, F/C starter as a Junior.
