1)  The west end of the old St Elizabeth’s hospital, if access is still available –  Best view in the city.

2)  The Bolling AFB riverfront along the Anacostia River –  Best combo spot (picnic and fireworks).

3)  Any of the office towers in Skyline (Baileys Crossroads).
