Jays earn share of Big East Crown with win over #8 Seton Hall

Well, my official Mac-hating days are over.  The Creighton Bluejays are the 2019-20 Big East Basketball Champions!  The Jays beat #8 Seton Hall in Omaha to claim a share (3-way tie) of the regular season crown and will be the #1 seed in the BET next week.

After seven years of waiting our collective patience has paid a dividend.  There is a God and he wears Bluejay Blue!  I guess that sidetrip to Mecca (the Palestra) paid off.

Yeah, yeah…The BET is the championship of the Big East!  Yes, we’ve all heard this repeatedly, but I’ll take the trophy and banner for this one too!

Roll Damn Jays!  Big East Champions!  I like the way that just rolls off my tongue…I can easily get used to saying it – annually!
